Refund, Replacement, and Return Policy

We want every Spectrum Fudge order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at customerservice@spectrumfudge.com so we can review it and make it right.

Food and other perishable products

Because fudge, chocolates, confections, nuts, and other food products are perishable, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@spectrumfudge.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product and packaging when possible. After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or store credit.

Non-food merchandise

Unused, unworn non-food merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Custom products, sale items, and gift cards

Custom or personalized products, final-sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific item.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after Shopify confirms it has been issued. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact customerservice@spectrumfudge.com.

Do not mail a return to Spectrum Fudge unless our team has authorized it and provided return instructions.
